THAMES ROWING CLUB welcomes you to the 2004 Womens' Eights Head of the River Race...
Throughout the day, we will have:
* Free bottle of fizz and nice bubble bath for every visiting finishing crew hosted by Thames
* Chill-out music in the main hall during the day
* A lot of loos, loo roll and changing areas
* A real fire in the main hall and generous central heating elsewhere
* Ergs to warm up on
* Professional masseurs and chiropractors to knead and soothe sore muscles (for pre-race and post-race rub downs - �10 for 15 minutes)
* A lot of sweets
* A friendly designated helper/marshall for each visiting women's crew
* Results printed off at lightning speed
* Hot food and isotonic or alcoholic drinks available throughout the day
* Two bars at night to minimise queuing time and maximise drinking time
* Party at night where we'll turn the volume right up and dig out everything from Dancing Queen to Justin and Britney to a little drum & bass...
